How do I invite family members to my household?
Go to Settings > Household > Share Invite Code. Share the 8-character code with your family members. They can join by entering the code during signup or in their settings.
Can I track multiple pets?
Yes! You can add as many pets as you need. Each pet has their own profile with feeding schedules, medical records, and activity logs.
How does real-time sync work?
When anyone in your household logs a feeding or activity, it instantly syncs to all devices. You'll see updates in real-time without needing to refresh.
What if someone accidentally logs the wrong feeding?
You can edit or delete any feeding log by tapping on it in the activity history. Only household members can modify logs.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we use enterprise-grade encryption and secure authentication. Your data is only shared with household members you explicitly invite.
Can I use PetSync offline?
Basic features work offline, and your data will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.
